How the Return Process Works:
-Products must be returned within 30 days of Purchase.
Cancellation of order can also be done within 24 hrs of placing your order.
-For all our Products returned we will refund 90% of the total Amount.
-Refund will be process to the same Account through which payment has been made, in case of COD refund will be transferred to the consignee bank account or we will pay through cheque
-Refund will be credited back to the account within 3-5 working days incase of Prepaid orders, In case of COd it will take 5-10 working days.
If you want to replace the products(s)which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit or with defects please send us the mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us @ +919935192841 to initiate the return process,make sure to contact us as soon as you receives the defective product(s).
If you bought the products on discount or using coupon, then the refund will be through coupon worth the amount paid for the product(s).
If you bought the product(s) through Cheque,DD or CoD then the Amount will be refunded through Cheque, we will send it to the Billing Address of the Customer.
We will initiate the refund process once we have received the product(s) in our Warehouse.
You have to send the parcel back via any courier company, currently we don’t have Pick up facility.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES :
Full Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer incase they don’t like the product and wish to return it.
In case goods gets damages in transit or wrong product received we will provide a credit of Rs 50/500gm. ( Return shipping charges)
In these instances, the product is not eligible for return, replacement or exchange:
– Damages due to misuse of product
-All The Customized Products designed on Customer Request
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
